It's summer time, but still enough snow to go snow tubing!
That is some serious snow plowing for real....
This is an Inukshuk, which is an Inuit cultural symbol representing Native American and First Nations peoples. You see them all over parts of the greater Vancouver area and British Columbia and the symbol became a mascot for the Olympics.

BBQ anyone? We opted for hot cider instead.
We also did the Peak to Peak, which is a gondola ride between Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain. It's almost three miles long, but the middle 1.8 miles is unsupported, making it the longest unsupported cable in the world (or so we were told). The views from the gondola were incredible.

We took the regular ski lift down Blackcomb Mountain and saw three bears on the way down, this time for real!

On the way back, we got to visit Shannon Falls with some friends, which is in Squamish (is that a great name for a town or what?!).
