Over the past two months, I've been able to volunteer four hours a week at the Crisis Pregnancy Centre here in Burnaby. It's a faith-based agency that provides counseling to women facing unplanned pregnancy and victims of sexual assault. Personally, it's been great for me to explore diverse avenues for social work, which I'm passionate about. It's been wonderful to work alongside these amazing women who are incredibly committed to their community. I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to serve alongside them.
