Local food is wonderful here. They have this great dish called pide, which is basically bread with whatever you want on it...cheese, peppers, lamb, etc. Basically, it's their kind of pizza. Ayran is a yogurt drink that's both sour and salty. Honestly, no one likes it the first time they drink it, but over time, it's actually pretty good. Russ loves it.
