Picnic

On Wednesday, some friends of ours invited us to go on a picnic with them north of the city, right near Port Moody at Buntzen Lake. As our friend nicely put it, if you wait for it to stop raining around here, you'll never do anything. So, we picnicked in the rain. Thankfully, it stopped long enough for us to get out on the lake in their inflatable canoe and we had a blast.

Having a manicure during a picnic was a first for me, but I gladly rolled with it!


Barely surviving the dangerous rapids. The guys were at the exact weight limit of the raft. Thankfully, it didn't pop or sink, but that would have been really funny.


Where is the drop-off exactly? Who knows.
